Refund policy

At SOFTWUNDER, we want you to feel confident and comfortable not only using our products—but also shopping with us. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

 

All returns are subject to validation and approval at SOFTWUNDER’s discretion.

To start a return, please contact us.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

💰 Restocking Fee & Shipping

Returns of non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, the cost of the return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund amount.

 

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of used items, even if partially used.

Also, we donot accept returns on:

Opened sweat pad packs

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

 

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (unopened) item once approved, and place a separate order for the new one.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, arefund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 

📦 Delivery Disclaimer

We work with trusted third-party carriers for all deliveries. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our direct control.

To protect your purchase, we offer Route 53 insurance to cover lost or damaged packages during transit. While this is optional, we strongly recommend adding it at checkout for peace of mind.
